Vahan Hambardzumjan, known under the nickname H.V., was born on January 18th, 1988 in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. At the age of seven, he began playing the piano under the tutelage of a private teacher in the same city. In 1999, he moved to Brno in the Czech Republic. He was able to present his art of playing the piano and was accepted at two art schools, without a good knowledge of the Czech language. He chose to attend the Primary School of Art in Brno at Smetanova where he began to compose (introduction to the composition). At the same time, he was admitted to the fourth class at the Jaroslav Kvapil Primary School of Art in Brno. He was successful and significantly advanced in playing the piano, so he had the opportunity to perform at graduation concerts where he presented his own work. H.V. concluded his studies at the Art School in Brno H.V. in the first year of the second grade because he became interested in modern world dance and electronic music.
In 2008, he started his musical career as an amateur DJ and a composer with several amateur music projects. As he did not significantly favour any musical scene, he tried for years to gain as many knowledge and skills as possible in his musical projects mentioned above. Eventually, however, he learnt that he would do the best to continue performing the style of music he enjoyed most. He has performed a lot of music.
At the beginning of 2015, H.V. launched his new project called H.V. Classical that focused on classical and electronic music.
In this project, he released his first studio album entitled “The Solo (Remastered)”. When preparing this album, he wrote more than 50 songs.
The H.V. Classical project did not have great potential, mainly because its title contained the term “Classical” while including electronic dance music. Thus, H.V. changed the name in 2018 to “H.V. Musician” and has shed restrictions of any particular genre
